Technical interview followed by an HR interview.
The technical team was swift in getting back to me and pointing out that they saw me as a potential team member.
HR process was cumbersome, the HR was rude, lacked basic phone manners and courtesies. HR missed important details and took forever to get back to me on the outcome of the interview despite this being a campus recruitment.
Overall a very bad experience and not worth your time!
t was a two-round interview process, one online and one in person at SHOLS' Chennai office. The experience was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free throughout, with clear communication, and a well-organized process.
