I had an interview with the panel for the position. Shortly, I received a call from the HR confirming that my profile got shortlisted. After that there were no proper follow up from the HR team on the offer letter part. Later after 2 weeks HR reached out to me and then started explaining that I don't have enough experience and they cannot offer me the position and pay for the same. I had applied for Tech lead position and in every email the position was mentioned the same. But, after all this HR told me I just have experience for the position of Developer not even senior developer. I have total of around 4.5 years of experience and so far this is the worst interview experience.

• Tools used (JIRA, ALM, Selenium, Postman, etc.)
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Scenario-based questions
Brush up on your core technical fundamentals especially for engineering roles: DSA (linked lists, trees, graphs), system design for senior levels, technologies listed in the job description (e.g., Java, Microservices).
