2 rounds of interview. Referrals are given preference . You should have relevant work experience and yrs of experience should be relevant. Good process. Managers taking interview are good and jolly.

I'm an alumni of a premier B-school in Goa. Infosys, a regular mass recruiter had come for campus placement. While girls were being interviewed for 50 - 60 minutes, my interview lasted barely 5 minutes. The panelist looked so disinterested & constantly kept checking their watches which made me feel so uncomfortable. While others were having salary discussions, they kept everyone waiting till the entire process lasted (~12 hours). Speaks volumes of the lack of respect for others precious time.
