The hiring requires 2 phases, first, the online test and it consists of Quantitative ability, Logical Reasoning skills and English and Verbal ability. Those who cleared the online test were called for interview. The interview may be purely technical or purely HR or a mix of both. My interview was purely technical where I was asked to code and was asked about latest technological trends. The question about latest technological trends was a question common to all whether it was technical or HR interview.
