There were 2 Rounds Technical after that 1 Round Manager interview and 1 client specific round. Finally one round of Human Resource to negotiate about CTC. Offer letter would be released after 2 weeks
Initial Recruiter Screen (30 mins)
• Resume walkthrough
• Salary expectations
• Work authorization & availability
• Work model (onsite/hybrid/remote)
• Basic fit for the role
Hiring Manager / QA Lead Interview (45–60 mins)
• “Tell me about yourself”
• QA experience (manual, automation, web, retail, SFCC, etc.)
• Test planning, defect lifecycle, test case design
• Tools used (JIRA, ALM, Selenium, Postman, etc.)
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Scenario-based questions
Brush up on your core technical fundamentals especially for engineering roles: DSA (linked lists, trees, graphs), system design for senior levels, technologies listed in the job description (e.g., Java, Microservices).
