I have given 3 rounds of interviews and got selected for the next documents verification process. I have sent all the required docs as they requested except Form16 doc from my previous employer. After a week got a call from the HR team and they said that we have dropped your candidature due to not having the form16 doc. I was really shocked and get know the importance of FORM16. I requested for alternate doc but they said it's mandatory as per their policies. Finally my documents verification process got failed and rejected.

All the questions were neither easy nor so hard. it's between fresher and experienced level.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of technical, coding, and managerial rounds. Questions focused on C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, LINQ, REST APIs, and project experience. Interviewers were professional and the overall experience was smooth and well-structured.

Entretien
. Basic .NET questions . No programming test. Covered key topics including session state management, ACID properties in SQL, CLR concepts, differences between procedures and functions, delegates, extension methods, and usage of temp tables vs table variables. Helpful for understanding core concepts and interview preparation.
It's a virtual interview . Basically I have received an exam link and I passed the exam. Then I was selected for interview.And they will send and email to check our availability time. Based on our availability they have scheduled the interview
