Hiring process is quite simple. First call comes from HR asking for your availability on a particular date and location of their choice. Interview is generally held at the Infosys campus, the infrastructure view makes the candidate wish to join the company. One technical round which is quite straight forward followed by HR round on the same day. HR personnel are softspoken and helpfull, specially if you have come for an interview.

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
