It was a campus hiring process. Day 1 was an Aptitude Test consisting several puzzles, mathemics and english based. Then they shortlist for the second round which is the HR round. HR round mainly checks your learn-ability and your communication skills. Fairly straight forward interviews if you go prepared and have you basics right.
