Very easy. They hire freshers generally through sources or through random selection. Face value is the basis of hiring here. For experienced people the process is tough. 2 technical interviews, 1Hr, least negotiation.

It is good and it went very smoothly. There was like 30 min they asked me only about the subject of areas in abap. Like interfaces, RICEF object, smartforms, Adobe forms etc
