HR process and the interview process are not well defined. The interviewer seldom takes for wrong skill set. The recruitment process is to fulfill the hiring target . They are not very much aware for which team I am interviewed

t was a two-round interview process, one online and one in person at SHOLS' Chennai office. The experience was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free throughout, with clear communication, and a well-organized process.

General introduction of myself and my experience and niche works involved in past experience.
It was a good experience, but a little lengthy , I had three rounds of interview.
I had applied via portal . The first round was general tech related questions.

Interview experience was very good, interviewer are generally calm and very supportive.
This is same with both Technical and Managerial round. Further onboarding process was also very smooth.
After joining my team members were also very supportive.
