As this was University interview, this is way different than normal ones. We were given a test IQ kind of one, So one we were sorth listed, we were called for 1:1 interview and logical questions for 30 mins. So if interviewer is satisfied they take you. It also depends on market, if they have more project and they want more people they take every one what ever people speak. but if it other way around then it will be very hard to get through. Good as a starting company.
