The interview process consisted of multiple phone interviews and in-person interviews. A baseline understanding of the IT industry helps in being able to solve interview questions. On top of IT related topics, the interview requires the ability to elaborate on items from your resume.

It consists of multiple phone interviews then an in person final interview. The final interview has 3 individual behavioral, experience, and technical questionnaires with a case study being the last one where you perform an executive readout to some of the partners in the firm.
