Well never expected that. The interviewer was reading from a script. No idea of what he was looking for and never understood the sales practice apart from stating 3 times we need to do more revenue and put the platform first. I asked what makes them so successul in supporting digital transformation and the best response i got was because we are a leader in gartner

I had 3 rounds, first with HR, hiring manager and then head. 30 mins each.
Pretty infuriated they moved me through several rounds when the head told me that there was a major mismatch in salary expectations. Why bother to waste everyone's time when you could have just rejected me in the earlier rounds?

30 min call with recruiter, followed by a 45 min in person interview with the Director.
Was told by Director that decisions would be made two days later, and that I would hear something either way.
I never heard from them.
If you are not moving forward with a candidate, at least have the courtesy to follow up with them instead of leaving people hanging. Unprofessional...
