The HR was very enthusiastic for the 3 rounds, soon after I cleared all the rounds she just added an additional round and asked me to wait. She started ghosting me and told me that I will confirm after the appraisal is done in the Organization. I knew something fishy is going on. After trying to reach out for over a month she told me that the requirement is not there as of now and will let you know. I want to highlight this behavior to the organization.
