J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Informa TechTarget (Sydney) en oct. 2012

      Entretien

I was contacted on email four hours after applying for the role on LinkedIn. I scheduled a face to face meeting with the country manager for the following day. The interview went on for about an hour and a half. At the end of it, both of us seemed very happy and excited to have found what we were looking for. While at that time he was not very sure of the exact interview procees, he had mentioned that I would be required to talk to one peraon based in the US and the other in Beijing. A few days later, I had a Skype video call with a Marketing manager based in the US. The interview went on for an hour and a half, the lady was warm, welcoming and mildly intimidating, however, it was fantastic... nothing i couldn't handle. By the end of our conversation, both of us were very excited about what we had found. She thought I would be a great fit into their organisation and I was very happy with the culture they had projected. Within 5 minutes I was contacted by the APJ Director/head for a the next round. A few days later (largely due to me being unavailable) we met on Skype for a few minutes and moved on to a phone interview due connectivity issues on his end. He was very intimidating and used a lot of distracting tactics during the interview. To being with, he knew that he had connectivity issues on his end yet he requested for a Skype call. His connection was so bad that I had to fill in the blanks in his questions cause I was tired of asking him to repeat himself. I started of the call with my video but had to drop it a few seconds into it to let the call go through without breaking. Additionally, he was trying to sleuth around about my experience with my previous company as PI... He apparently knew a few people and tried to get their designations and roles ourta me (i am assuming probably to check if I was BSing about my experience) anyway once the interview moved to the phone it was a lot better. By the end of it he mentioned to me that someone from HR would get in touch with me next. To this date I have not been contacted by anyone either over the phone or email. Not even the country manager! Their company put me through three rounds of totally four hours and have not had the decency to even write back and give me a closure for the "interview process' they put me through. Very disappointing and unprofessional of them.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

I know a few people from your previous company... Do you know them? I happened to know 3 of the four names he mentioned. FYI - I worked with an MNC that employs 30,000 people!
