Interview process was fairly structured and straight forward. The reporting manager did the first round followed by a round with the line manager. This was further followed by the HR interview before the selection.
The negotiation was not easy and I would recommend folks to negotiate better at the time of joining as increments later may be difficult.

Interview with two managers, reference check, met VP of Sales in home office. I used one of Infor's current customers as a reference for me I sold him and ERP package when I was with another company
