I applied for this position through online. I got a response in about 3 days. They called me over the phone and scheduled a date for the online interview. First on was a technical interview through Skype. I could recollect about 3 people were on the call asking questions. I was asked about core Java and some advanced topics on Java, Spring and SQL. The interview lasted for about an hour. After that, I was called for an in-person interview to the Malvern office. There I was asked about more generic questions like my strengths, weakness, why I chose to be a programmer and some challenges that I faced and how I overcame those in my earlier projects. Again the interview was cool and lasted for about 1 hour.
