The recruiter kept talking poorly about the previous employee in the position I applied for. As amazing as the job sounded, I decided not to proceed with the interview process. I found the number of times she talked about the former employee extremely unprofessional. I decided not to proceed with the interview process because I did not want to be the next person she spoke poorly about. Additionally, the interview was supposed to take 30 mins but was about an hour and did not ask me when we went over if I had a scheduling conflict.
