Five round process which includes. recruiter, group interview, management interview, presentation, and VP interview. Process takes about 4-6 weeks. Overall, have had a positive experience and would recommend to others.

Entretien
I applied via LinkedIn and was reached out to by a recruiter though LinkedIn. He sent me a brief rundown of the role and pay scale. He then invited to take two questionnaires. He also told me to let him know when they were complete so we could schedule a phone call. The first of which was knowledge based, lots of math and pattern questions...nothing really tied to the role. The second one was your average personality quiz. In total it took me about 45 minutes to complete both of them. As requested, I sent my recruiter a message to let him know that I had completed the assessments and wanted to move forward with scheduling that phone call. I never heard back. I sent him a follow up message a week later to see what was going on and he never responded.
First, why are you still using generic questionnaires? Someone being able to tell you what number is next in a sequence is not and relevant indication of how they will perform in a Customer Success role.
Secondly, if you're going to have someone spend 45 minutes answering pointless questions, the least you can do is let them know you don't want to move forward.
