It was a phone interview. The interviewer was a team leader who asked basic java question, javascript and advanced questions in j2ee. Interesting he asked two puzzles at end in which one was about general knowledge question and another a typical logical question.
They will let you talk to several key people.
If they want you the process will be shorter.
Communication is also good between HR and candidate.
They sometimes have preferences internally so dont expect if you see a position open.
They are stringent about their hiring process. They have preferences so even if its posted, dont expect that it is open.
It will be an average round of interviews from the relevant decision makers.

Discussion with an HR, 2 VPs and the hiring director.
Interesting discussion about role responsibilities, previous experiences, common values and company's vision / objectives. Very inspiring and motivating, which made me decide to join the team.
