Awesome experience on the weekend drive. Very well organized drive. Have never seen such friendly HR team. The interviewing process is effective and discussions were very positive. More than 240 candidates walked in for the weekend drive. The candidates were able to check in smoothly at the Security, HR team welcomed and explained the requirement. The candidates were provided with snacks, coffee and Tea at regular intervals. The team was updating the expected time of interview per candidate. The interviewing panel were all over 20 years of experience. They made every candidate to feel comfortable before getting into discussions. The interviewing was so professional and balanced, end of the day it was a very good feeling. Over all it was a Great Experience.
