Had a HR casual interview with a online assessment which checked my understanding for using adverbs and some other silly questions which were pretty basic from kindergarten but have to answer all which took 1 hour. After passing that exam HR called to get my availability for technical interviews with Solutions Architecture and Senior Salesforce Developer. I had a pretty good video interview with Salesforce Solution architecture and after that interview second technical interview with Senior Salesforce Developer. After clearing these two interviews had a third interview set up with CFO of company and it went pretty well. After CFO interview got a call from HR saying the hiring manager was on vacation during interviews so she would like to conduct another round of interview meanwhile I got two other job offers and I didn’t wanted to waste my time on same interview process. HR need to understand the amount of time a candidate put in preparation of interview the time spent in giving interview. Don’t waste time of candidate’s to have your queue ready with applicants.
