I submitted my online application through Infomoney website. Next day I had video call interview with HR for 15-20 mins. After the interview they sent me an assignment to test my skills. I passed and HR scheduled he second interview after a couple of days. On the interview the interviewer was very transparent about the process, walked me through the steps, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire hiring process.
