Interview consists of three parts - 1 - virtual interview, 2 - written assessment, 3 - panel discussion. virtual interview is to see weather you have basic communication skills written assessment consists of essay writing and email writing and lastly panel discussion is about weather you are a fit the role and company

It was lengthy yet smooth and was good
HR was polite and attended every individual
They offered water and the place was clean
Had 3 rounds
One was with HR
One was a written assessment
And another was with the top management panel
waited for hours for the interview after like 3 rounds its a complete waste of time add to that the condescending interviewers who had already made up their minds about who they were gonna hire before i walked in
