Within one week of applying, a manager reached out about coming in for an on-site interview. With the market being the way it is, especially in tech, I really appreciated the fast turn-around in getting back to applicants. The interview was scheduled for an hour and was a mix of technical and behavioral questions from 3 leads. I'd say it was very conversational, as they would ask follow-on questions to responses I had. After the interview, I was shown around the new office space and was told I should hear back by the end of the week (the interview was on a Wednesday). The next day, they reached out to me with an informal, verbal offer.
