I really appreciate the dedication you showed in completing the project on time. Your ability to manage the timeline and deliver high-quality work despite the challenges is commendable. The way you handled client communication was particularly impressive, as it kept everything running smoothly.
Zoom meeting with 3 people online asking questions. Very easy and not stressful. Took about half an hour to 45 minutes. Was offered position same day with good pay. Health insurance seems pricy.

The interview process was structured and smooth. It started with an online aptitude and technical test covering logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and basic programming concepts. After clearing the test, I was invited for the technical interview round, where I was asked about my project work, Core Java concepts, OOPs, SQL, and problem-solving scenarios. The interviewer also discussed some real-world applications and checked my approach to solving coding and debugging problems.
