Interesting and friendly conversation, ghosted! I had two interviews. 1. HR and 2. with hiring manager. Mainly questions about background and why I want to work for the company and role. They told me they come back within 2-3 weeks as they have many candidates. I wrote a follow up, got a response that they are in the process. Now, 10 weeks later still no response. I know you are busy, but please value candidates time and effort and provide feedback and a clear rejection. No communication is not exactable, especially for such a company like Infineon, where one of the questions was how my communication style is lol! Next time I reply to this question, I follow Infineon, I sometimes ghost people just out of fun.
