Recruiter found my resume on a local job board and asked for my resume. It takes about 7 working days to arrange an interview. Hiring manager was very helpful to explain backend organization, including where industrial engineering dept fits in the overall backend organization in Melaka. Overall process took about 20 working days. HR recruiter was kind enough to inform me I wasn't offered the job.
