I was contacted by the recruiter directly. They arranged a Telephonic discussion followed by a coding round. They asked me to come up with a concurrency test framework in any language of choice for testing some rest API.I submitted the solution but didn't got update for almost couple of weeks. Finally with multiple follow up HR replied as not suitable with no feedback. Couple of suggestions here for the guys who are going to pursue opportunity with this company: 1. Don't waste your time in writing framework and sending it to them as its irrelevant and even the best est of companies won't do it. 2. Allocate minimum time bound interview as it will honor both candidate as well as employer in terms of time.
