Two round of technical interview Which based on dsa and project tech stack. Interviewer asked from staring to end of software development life cycle but basic questions. Some java coding like string reverse and stock buy and sell.

The interview was not upto the standards in the sense that the interviewer asked me very hard questions for for a salary of just 10LPA! He asked medium to hard leetcode questions also asked me some system designs questions as well. It seems like they are just copying the hiring stratagies of big tech without a second thought. If anyone can solve these difficult questions why would they join this company they can easily work at Amazon or Big Tech. I did good in the interview, the interviewer himself said that I did good. I solved the leetcode questions and the system designs easily. Soon HR called and said that I'm shortlisted and they will be contacting soon for the 2nd round of interview it's been 3 weeks and I haven't received any invite for the interview. Last week I called them myself to check for any updates and they said they will take the interview and I will receive invite soon (again HR called himself for this) and again I haven't received any invite for the interview...really unprofessional.
