Poor questions, no feedback given after the interview. The shop manager used the interview time to talk about her personal life, instead of providing a positive experience. Quite judgemental too.

Group interview with other candidates, have to talk a bit about yourself and why you would like to work there, and then have to find a solution as a group.
Primero me convocaron telefónicamente haciéndome algunas preguntas personales y luego una entrevista personal.
ME pregunto sobre mi trabajo ideal en cuestión horarios? y se han adaptado bastante a mis preferencias.
Muy agradable y directa. Me ha encantado.
The interview was conducted in a group interview in order to hinder all your personal abilities, experiences and also communication skills by exposing ideas and opinions. In this way it felt like a natural interview.
