I applied and had an interview in which they asked me to take a coding challenge. I spent a good bit of time working on the coding challenge and never heard from them. When inquiring about the position they then informed me I would not be getting the position. I believe they would not have contacted me if I never reached out. Also, in reaching out, they misspelled my name and changed my gender in doing so. You could give the time of your day and they would not give you the time to make sure they know your name.
