The initial interview was done by the HR department, they had a group of people who handled this process for just the pharmacy. After this stage it was arrange for me to travel to Indianapolis and they put me up at a hotel at there expense. I was then interviewed by a group of my peers. After this interview process I was interviewed by the both the director and assistant director and we had a lunch/ informal interview process. There was the meeting of the entire staff and a tour of the hospital. Overall it was a positive interview process.

The center directors and the staff members I met were really great and optimistic! I received a phone interview first. Then my phone interviewer arranged for an in-person interview in Los Angeles. My advice for future candidates is to research the company's interests and specialities, then go into the interview with confidence!
