After applying a recruiter reached out. After speaking to the recruiter a hiring manager then reached out. An interview was held with the manager and then the director joined briefly.

Interview, health screen, I worked there before for several years and census got low, pay didn't increase for nurses, bonuses were non-existent... looks like they finally may realize how to keep the good people they have.

I started with an Online application. HR contacted me with a telephone interview. Then, from there, I had an in-person interview with different unit managers. Lastly, there was a peer review interview.

Phone interviews followed by in person shadow interview. Everyone was professional and kind and more than happy to answer any questions I had. They made the interview process much less stressful than I had anticipated it being.
