Asked 6 questions in total, the whole interview took around 30 mins. I was told there will be 3 rounds interview for this position and the pay was below average

Describe a situation in you past experience that you made a mistake
The initial interview was a phone interview followed by an in-person meeting with the team and direct supervisor. Overall, the process was logical and easy to follow, while I did not get an offer for this position (it went to an internal candidate) they seemed to like my qualifications and indicated that they wish that they did have a place on their team.

Entretien
I had a phone interview, followed by an in person interview. It lasted about 90 minutes and was pretty straightforward with normal questions. After the interview they explained next steps.
