Entretien
The time it took to review applications and schedule interviews was a bit slow, but that's normal for a university. I interviewed with a group of people, including my future direct supervisor. I was nervous, but everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease. I could tell they had prepared questions specific to me and my application instead of just using boilerplate questions for all candidates. I received a job offer about 2 to 3 weeks after my in-person interview and started my job about 2 to 3 weeks after that.

They asked about work experience, education, strengths and weaknesses, team and individual work style, ideas for the new job should I get it, why I wanted the job, why I was the best candidate, and if I had any questions for them.
