There are anchors in the answer which are scored and graded if you mention them during your reply to the question. Extremely thorough, they ask about instrumentation, a seemingly simple process that you walk them through step by step, they grade your attire and interpersonal skills. They want to know you are intelligent, won’t embellish what you’re unsure about, you’ll present professional to a jury and can explain a process simply.
