I applied online and got called for an interview less than 24 hours later. The interview was with two supervisors and it went well. They asked me about why I want to work with people who have disabilities and asked me to talk about my background. A couple days later I got called in for an in-person interview . At that interview, I met with the district manager and was asked more about my casework experience. I definitely had a bait-and-switch moment where they said they were thinking of offering me a part-time position rather than full-time. Part-time is still essentially full-time, but you don't get benefits. That threw me off, but I said I would consider it. I got an offer about two weeks later and found that I was offered a full-time position.
