J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Independence Blue Cross (Philadelphia, PA) en août 2014
Entretien
As soon as I applied on the website, I got a call within a day asking me to come for a walk-in interview with the team. There were no details whether there would be technical interview or just a meet up. They gave me their project's overview and stated all the different technologies they will be using. They asked me if I worked in each of those technologies and if so, when, where and how.
The HR contacted me exactly one week after the interview offering me the position.

I applied online and was contacted a few weeks later. I had a simple screening interview on the phone. Questions were straight forward and simple like what is your major, what are your goals, etc. A few weeks later I had an interview with my potential manager. It was more of a meet and greet rather than a formal interview. Again, simple questions to get to know me better but more of a casual meeting about what the company does especially that department.

HR had contacted my school to see if there were any students available for co-op. There were no students available but I have a good link with career services at my school so I was told about the job therefore I applied online for it and sent an e-mail to HR saying thank you for thinking of the school and offering an opportunity to the students there like myself.
After applying and sending the e-mail to HR I received a call for a interview within the next week.
The interview was 30 mins long and with 2 managers.
They reviewed my resume asked me basic questions of my knowledge of the accounting dept.
Because I had prior experience of 1yr. they wanted to know what my work life was like and what I did for the company what softwares I used.
Also good to have background in reconciliation, pivot tables, journal entries.
They wanted to know what my schedule is like and how I would balance work and going to school full time.
Besides asking me about what I did for the company I worked with before the managers were
very friendly interview was very conversational. They pitched IBX to me as if they had already made up their mind about me and they wanted to hire me. They also talked to me about my future with IBX for after graduation.
After my interview HR contacted me the following week offering me a position. I had to fill out a few forms and take a drug test within 42 hours of accepting the offer. It took 3 weeks for my drug test results to come back to my start date was pushed back by 3 weeks.

Question 1
I don't think they asked me anything difficult because everything they wanted to know I already knew how to do throughout working for a year already. I know how to do reconciliation, auditing, journal entries, pivot tables, use different softwares ect.
