The interview process moved rather quickly. There was great communication from the recruiter at the beginning, but then they went radio silent. They said they would get back to me early the following week, I followed up later that week and they said no feedback but would follow up soon. It's been 2 weeks now, and I haven't heard anything. I don't appreciate recruiters leaving people without any word. I think it's unfair to the candidate, even though I understand they have their own business needs.

I interviewed with the HR, hiring manager, their director and someone who would be a coworker. All interviews were straight forward and they used basic interview questions you can find online.

Simple, a few steps, few data methods questions, but very manageable. I met with directors, and managers and was only required to come in a single day (other portions were phone-based)

After speaking to a recruiter, they felt that I was qualified to move onto the next round and talk to the hiring manager for this position.
Really, the HM was a project manager who was 25 min late for a 10 min call. They sounded very negative and there was no real "day in the life" defined.
