Interview panel was good and knowledgabe. They asked in-depth questions at multiple rounds of interview. HR were very cooperative and had good joining experience.
They asked from basic to advanced level questions with small coding exercises.

Was interviewed by almost all members of dev team. Three interviews on same day. Focus on strong fundamentals. Company is not into IT services at the Bangalore location - it is into product engineering for overseas clients. Skill level of people is overall significantly higher than at 'managed services' firms. Most employees are lateral hires from major IT firms. For critical teams they will insist on a programming exercise even for senior resources.

The Programming exercise requires 5-6 hours of effort as part of selection process. It is therefore a significantly higher investment in terms of time and effort for any candidate.
