I recently went through the interview process with Incredibuild, and I wanted to share my thoughts. Overall, it was a smooth experience. The interview stages were clear and a good mix of technical and behavioral evaluations. They took the time to understand more about me, which was nice. The HR team was responsive and kept me updated throughout. In my opinion, the HR team deserves credit for their work.
