First interview is with recruiter 30 min long, Second with one of the managers 1hour long, then you get a written assignment to find LGBTQ health providers, and last interview was 15-30 min. Don’t understand why I didn’t get an offer, am bilingual, part of lgbtq, have management experience , and 5 + years of customer service. Very disappointed, they didn’t even give me feedback.
Multiple rounds focused on customer service and past helping experience. Open to different backgrounds. Friendly and casual interview style. Phone interviews with video interviews later. About four different rounds. Exercise related to job duties.

Very comfortable and informative. Senior manager was friendly, straightforward. Explained the pros and cons. Motivated me to join because of his compelling display of mission statements and beliefs of a better healthcare system for everyone!

The recruiter you talk to is so friendly and helpful! You go through a phone interview and then I was contacted for a video interview as well as a mock phone call with a customer. The video interview was super nice and the people I interviewed with were very friendly! They gave you all the paperwork you needed to answer the questions for the mock phone call as well
