Chaos. Was supposed to have back to back interviews with both their legal guy and their HR person. The legal guy had his plane stuck in another state and no one bothered to tell me. So I waited awkwardly for 45 minutes. When I finally got my turn to interview with the HR, she said they would call me back to interview with him. Instead I got the "I'm sorry, we went with another candidate" call.
