I was called by a HR from a consultancy firm, appointment got fixed last year.... I went there at 3 pm as it was scheduled for that time, but the Director of the company came around 6, i felt frustrated because i took a half day, Work place of this company was pathetic, not a good infrastructure, no good toilets but yes there employees were smart but were in the cage of this company....it seemed that Only they were looking for the opportunities so that they can fly from there.....Interview got started....he asked me two questions related to my work and then asked me salary expectation....was really shocked to see that with in two questions he is asking for salary expctn strange.....on that time i thought i will be rejecting the offer....he was so desperate to make me join the company.....Later heard many good workers resigned from that organization for future growth....cant stay more than 2 months there what i felt....
