The interview was for .net senior technical lead profile having .net core experience, and I was initially told to have 2 technical rounds and one HR round. but later they took 2 more technical rounds. It took them nearly 2 months to complete the entire process. HR were not friendly and they never respond to your queries and are way too slow to communicate the feedback. I've to constantly call/text them in order to get the feedback for any round. In the end it was started looking like they were doing just formality and have already filled up the position and don't want to continue with me. And later they preferred to evaluate me on technology that I didn't apply for so that they can get the reason to reject.
