The initial interview with HR was on the phone. The rest of the interviews were done with Google Hangout. Even with people being on vacations and busy schedules, the entire process from the first email acknowledging my application to an acceptance letter was only 3 weeks! My interview with the Director of Engineering was at the end of his day. He was able to give me extra time and our 30 minute call expanded over an hour. Our conversation was casual, but we were able to have in depth questions and discussions. Everyone that I spoke with was very passionate about the company and the product. With each person I talked with, I was more convinced that this was a fantastic company.
