the call center director was doing the hiring. She called me and had a phone interview. Scheduled a one on one interview, gave me assessment tests, and invited me to training. To bad they overworked her and didn't value her, she left. She was the only real person who actually cared there.

The interview was just fine. No problems with previous hr. He was very polite an courteous. He was able to communicate with me very well all that the job entailed and was very kind.

Not much of an interview they were desperate for employee's because they can't keep the employee's because they lie to you about your rate of pay and as soon as most people get there first pay check and realize they are not going to pay you for what you actually worked the employee's quit!

Got a call that I applied, asked to come in for training, began training only for 5 days, and then began working. It was that simple, no other questions asked no other training done, I did not know how to work a computer but that didn't matter at all
