HR representative contacted me to inform me he was not in his office. He asked to contact me 15 minutes later. After speaking with the HR representative via Teams Meeting, we scheduled a half hour for an on site visit and panel interview with the compliance team. The panel interview consisted of 3 team members and the hiring manager. One of the team members wasn’t there because he went to a concert the night before. Only two interviewers were engaged, hiring manager and one team member. The others were distracted by a scheduling conflict. I walked the property and discussed the opportunity with the hiring manager.
