My first interview was a phone screening. I was then asked to produce some sample work (comments on an essay, written responses to possible scenarios with students, and an introductory video). This seemed like a pretty big ask at this point in the process as it took me just under two hours to complete everything. I then moved on to a video interview which was pleasant.

Very simple interview process- applied online, received an email a couple days later for short networking call, completed some practice tasks, and then had a 1:1 final interview to double check everything aligned.

Informational call to discuss role and additional steps. Then a work product test consisting of two hypothetical student counseling strategies and an essay edit and then a valedictory final round.
